The median falls around $400K-$550K depending on the city and neighborhood. New construction is abundant, but some of the best value lives in established neighborhoods with mature trees and larger lots.

Commute and Transportation

I-75 runs north-south through the heart of NW Metro Atlanta, and I-575 branches off toward Cherokee County. Most residents commute by car, with drive times to downtown Atlanta ranging from 30 to 55 minutes depending on the city and traffic.
